Regional Routes
There are four waymarked Regional Routes in this area, which take in breathtaking countryside.

Route 30
This cycle trail takes you from the historic town of Monmouth (home to the Rolls family of Rolls Royce fame, and site of the Chartist Trials) through exquisite countryside to the pretty riverside town of Usk.

Route 31
Another route blessed with beautiful scenery, this trail runs from the historic port of Chepstow in the south to the bustling market town of Abergavenny.

Route 32
A trail that offers riders the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful countryside between New Wood and Tintern, nestled in the Wye Valley and famous for its breathtaking Abbey remains.

The Four Castles Route 52 km (32 mile)
A chance to combine cycling with visits to some of our most historic sites.  The route, as you may have guessed from the name, takes in the four castles at Abergavenny, Skenfrith, Grosmont, and White Castle.
