Santa’s Christmas Cottage

Father Christmas will once again be setting up a temporary residence in Rhondda Cynon Taf right up until Christmas Eve.

So take the little ones along to Santa's Christmas Cottage at the Dare Valley Country Park in Aberdare and make it a trip to remember.

Santa's Christmas Cottage opens its doors at the Dare Valley Country Park, Aberdare, on Saturday, November 22, and it will remain open up until Wednesday, December 24.

Visiting times are from 9.30am until noon and from 12.30pm until 4pm each day. There will be 'Morning Only' visits on Christmas Eve, as Santa prepares for the busiest night of the year!

Take the little ones along to spend some time chatting to the man himself and even receive a gift off him as well. Visitors will also get a photograph with Santa as a special reminder of their magical trip.

Cllr Maureen Webber, Cabinet Member for Council Business and Corporate Affairs,
said: "Santa's Christmas Cottage is always a popular attraction in Rhondda Cynon Taf throughout the festive season and we are delighted to welcome Father Christmas to the County Borough.

"I am sure he will get many visitors during his stay with us - you may also catch him at one of our town centre Christmas events."

Santa's Christmas Cottage, at the Dare Valley Country Park, Aberdare, is open to the public from Saturday, November 22, until Wednesday, December 24.

Schools, groups, organisations and individuals are welcome to go along to Santa's Christmas Cottage. Booking is essential. Entry is £8.50, which includes a visit to Santa, a present and a special commemorative photograph.
